Our experience was great from the moment we checked in. Newly remodeled accommodation. - the breakfast was excellent. - Ideal location eager to help for everything. - the room was huge and bright. - It had central heating, a television, and a microwave. - Private bathroom with all essentials. - the staff members were incredible and pleasant.

Location very close to the center and stores or restaurants locally. Kindness of the staff. Satisfactory breakfast, variety of food and beverages.

The location of the hotel was convenient and absolutely perfect – approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a maritime museum. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with nice breakfast and refrigerator and a king-sized bed. - the staff turned out to be especially helpful.

Nice lobby and tasteful, understated decor. Comfortable temperature. Nice breakfast/coffee area. Close to Metro. Clean.

I was surprised there was no mini fridge and micro wave. I defray the cost of travel by making my own sandwiches and eating cereal. Most hotels have these and I didn't even think to check that SleepInn had them. It added to the cost of my trip. Also, I was surprised by the near $20 a day local "occupancy" tax on my bill, which added almost a 100 dollars to my bill and budget. It would be great if this could be disclosed at the time I book. The parking lot was small and inadequate for the needs of the hotel.

The hotel manager gave us a ride to the Baltimore vs. Boston baseball game. He was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean,quiet, and centrally located.

The brand-new room was super comfy and having a half bottle of water there was a nice touch. 😊

How comfortable the beds were.

The manager had the big attitude. He was very grumpy. Eventually kicking a customer out of his hotel and keeping his bag, forcing him to sleep outside the hotel. Because a convention was going on at the time, Otakon, there were a lot of young people staying at the Sleep Inn who didn't have a choice but to sleep there, and they took advantage of that.

It is a cute property located in Downtown Baltimore district just next door to the concert venue, inner harbor and the aquarium and the harbor. The rooms are brand-new with a jacuzzi and our experience is really good.

The room here is super tidy with a king-sized bed and a cool combo of a shower and hot tub 🛀. Plus, it's really spacious!

Location!

Everything was nice except when you got of the elevator, one saw concrete wall with pictures on it. You could tell they were still remodeling.

Noisy hotel, poorly soundproofed. Bad quality breakfast.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, and the location is convenient, close to the aquarium and many restaurants.
